For over eight months we’ve been harping on about the Brisbane property market building momentum. Now this activity is showing up in the statistics. The message is clear – if you haven’t already done so, get into the market now. At our recent team meeting, when talking about team members’ personal investment activity, I made the point, “The train is leaving the station. It doesn’t matter which carriage you’re on. What matters is that you’re on the train!”
